Who is Amy Caruso?

A nurturer – I care deeply. I support growth, healing, and confidence in others—whether in my home, classroom, or coaching space.

I’ve walked this path through divorce, single motherhood, the loss of my beloved father, career reinvention, and growth —and I’m still walking it.
That’s why I teach from experience, from presence, and from the belief that we all deserve to feel safe, empowered, and alive in our own bodies.

Mindfulness and breathwork weren't just practices for me.
